next time it is hard to start floor the gas. that should tell the ecm to do a clear flood and will cut off its fuel.

also try turning the key on for 10 seconds with out starting then turn it off for 10 more... then try to start it. (if that makes it go vroom then focus on fuel system pressures and down time bleeding)

another note...when was its last tuneup?

did this issue start right after the tune up?

like the firing order was mixed up.

or the wrong gap on them plugs?

a hose got disturbed and unplugged?

look at the fuel pressure regulater vacume hose.

may be you must check the battery cable or maybe the engine still cold so the engine is hard to start

you need to tell the ecm to do a clear flood and will cut off its fuel. that might help you.
