I have a automatic '95 integra ls with a start up problem. the engine cranks, but does not start. when it finally starts (after appox. 5min), i can smell a strong odor of gasoline. car drives excellent once engine has started. i only have this issue when the car has been running and engine is hot. i have replaced the fuel filter, distributor, and spark plugs and still have this issue. the fuel pump and relay appears to be working fine. any information i obtain will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

 

Here are some things I would suggest that you need to check:

• Battery Corrosion
• Dead Battery
• Bad Ignition Switch
• Coil Testing
• Distributor Cap
• Fuel Pump and Relay
• Fuel Filter
• Loose Starter
• Faulty Cold Start Valve
