Default Complete braking system replacement

Hey all! Im new to the tread, so bare w me. Here’s my issue. I have a 2013 tl. I replaced the front brakes and 3 or 4 calipers, master cylinder and abs modulator. Also replaced a brake hose that was getting pressure. My brakes are still soft. I have to push to ground. I had one mechanic take a look at he told me I had to change my entire braking system due to contaminated brake fluid. $1700. My question is, I’ve replaced so much already, what would be left that is causing this. If I press hard on petal, brake respond great but then slowly drop to the floor. Almost like maybe have a hose that I need to replace somewhere. I feel like it’s something I can do myself but don’t know where to start and I’m about $2000 in with fixing all I have and paying mechanic. Thank for all the help!
