05 TL cornering issue

Default 05 TL cornering issue

Does anyone with an 05 TL feel that when driving at highway speeds and taking turns could be a lil better with the body roll?? i just put 2 rears toyo proxes 4 and it feels alot better the guy said be cause of the rear tires being bad it affected the way the car handled

Did you have the car aligned? Rear tires on a front wheel drive shouldn't wear faster than the fronts. Even if it doesn't pull it may be out of alignment. A TL is heavy with the v-6 and the luxury. If your shocks are good and the bodys still rolling when you corner normally then I'd say get some stiffer springs and drop the car an inch or two.

hey thanks for the advice um the tires on the car were just bad i replaced the rear tires monday and tom im replacing the fronts with toyo proxes 4 .. since changing only the rear i have noticed a big difference on how the car thandles on turns so no i just wait to see how much better it gets with the new toyos in the front.. Thanks for your ideas I will consider new springs also .
