I have a 2007 MDX with 117,000 miles on it. I've done the timing belt around 110,000. Could someone tell me if this sounds like valve noise? I'm am not the best at diagnosing or even hearing some engine noises. I am hearing a very fast clicking/ticking however you want to describe it.

I don't have any performance issues.

I had it aligned at the Honda dealer and they suggested the valve adjustment be done as they heard noise during their courtesy inspection. Much appreciated.
