Default Buying Advice Needed

I am looking at a 96 Integra. It has the 1.8 with manual trans. Does this engine have a timing belt or chain? If it is a belt what it the change interval and cost to change? The car has 90k on it now. Anything else I should know specific to a used Integra?

Try to know about the headlights and about the performance of it. Be sure about its performance chip otherwise you can face problem later on.
