92 Integra GS Suspenion Issue

I just bought this car and the springs are stiff and loud making clanking sounds. theres a nut shaped spacer in the each spring i think to make the ride height high enough for the 18' enkei's..?
But im going to replace them.
What spring kit would fit with the 18's?
the eibach is decent but i dunno if theyll work. please help
