after I swapped out the neutral safety switch because of my gear shift being stuck in park, now my gear won't shift to 3rd while driving. It will shift once then after that it will run up to 4000 when I'm going 50mph. Is that normal?

 

Go back through the process. May missed something out that is why it isn't shifting to 3rd.
