Question Vsa

I recently did some damage to my TL. I hit a curb which bent my rim and tore my rotor into two. When I replaced my rotor, I had my car in the air checking my brakes. I started the car up and hit the gas pedal, the tires would move but when I would hit the brakes and then the gas the tire/rotor I replaced would not turn. I would push my gas pedal half way down still only 1500 rpms. When I would turn off the VSA, it would act normal when I hit the gas pedal. On a side note the rim is still alittle off balenced and I am replacing that tomorrow. Would the rim have anything to do with it? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Tell us what it did after you replace that rim and the rotors...
