Default Rear driver side window not working

I was driving my car and I don’t know why I do this but occasionally I’ll fumble around with the window switches. I pressed them up and down a few times and my drivers side rear window when all the way down and now wont go up.

I tried from main driver control as well as the switch for the door itself.

I thought that maybe a fuse blew so I checked the fuse box and the fuses were not blown.

i also disconnected the battery, although only for maybe a minute and that didn’t help either.

Now when I sit in the car with it off I hear this weird sound coming from that door. I can’t even describe the noise so I’ll attach a video.

Any idea what could’ve went wrong? Anyway I can reset anything to see if that helps?

Thanks in advance.

Update:

Pulled fuse and that sound no longer happens. So weird but why? And window still doesn’t work.
