I am thinking of leasing 2008 TL and after I went to the dealership they told me that I had 3 annual mileage options: 10K, 12K and 15K miles. Any extra mile will be charged at the rate of 20 cents per mile. My question is how do they determine the mileage accuracy? Just by looking at the odometer readings or they have their own methods? I know that it's been a law suit against Honda/Acura because they were charging people more money that they should because of some problems with odometer on 2-4 % of their vehicles. Anyone has any idea how they do it? Thanks.< src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-41";

nope the odomiter is the only way i know of tracking that.

now when you turn it in and your tire size is off then you will be off according to the milage. and 2-4% sounds right. so lease it go get them bigger tires and return it with the stock ones.
