i have on 03 TL, WITH 169,000 MILES.


no major problems to date. still has original motor and tranny.


what i do get is when i first accelerate in low speeds is a thump or bucking. once i accelerate over 40mph, i dont get it again.


i doubt if it'sthe tranny as it shifts correctly.


anyone elseexperience this?

 

broken or weak motor mounts can lead to this.

as well as a throttle cable that is NOT mounted correctly.
