Hi,

I have a 2002 TL. I had 4 break-ins in the past 18 months. Funny thing is my car is not the only Acura Broken into.
Yesterday they stole my Tail Lights, My Neighbor's lost their seats from their TSX.
In my office they broke into 7 TL's.
I heard that there is a break-in at a Acura Dealer in Bay Area.
Can some one suggest me if there is a way to get some locks for my car outside acura dealership.

Thanks
Srini

I give you a piece of advice and that is to buy an alarm. I have had them for years and never had one thing stolen.

I always get the basics and if you want to drive them nuts then buy air horns and put them inside because no thief can take that loud noise in your ears.

i had the door locks and door handles shaved at the local hot rod shop

(you cant even find the door opener)

and then i put in a fancy red flashie thingie in it so it would look like a alarm was in it.

no break ins sence

and the doors look cool to.

and if the remote fails i can open the trunk with my key and pop the door cables. till i get new batts into the remotes.

P.S. i hate alarms (why would i want to save the insurance company money)
