So i just recently replaced my Battery, and i when i turned on the car with the new battery I had to put in the radio code. But, the code that was in my manual didn't work, so i went down to the Acura Dealer that i bought it from and they gave me another code, which also didn't work. I've never had any problems with the Audio system before, so i have no idea what is wrong with, if anything.

Any ideas?

I cant imagine I would say anything different then your acura dealer...
but...

First off, you are using the preset buttons to enter the code correct?

How many times have you tried the code? After a certain number of attempts it will lock you out. At this point you will have to disconnect the power source (battery) for a couple of minutes. Then try again.

Could it be possible that you tried entering the code in your manual, that may have been the incorrect number, too many times. Then Acura gave you a different number. When trying that number it didn't work because you are locked out from trying the incorrect number.

If this could be the case, unhook your negitive battery cable for a few minutes. Then hook it back up and try the new number.

Well I sent it back to the dealer and they figured it out. Did it for free too. So problem solved. Now about that SRS light that won't turn off...

I had it hooked up to a computer and it turned out to be the seat belt tension was low. My dealer tightened them but i guess they forgot to switch off that light on the computer. w/e gives me an excuse to go to the dealer again and test drive the new TL.

I've had the problem each time I've had to disconnect the battery. Just putting in the code is not enough. For some strange reason, you have to disconnect the antenna too.</span>

After disconnecting my battery I also had the radio lock up. I got a working radio code here:
