O2 sensor

How important is the O2 sensor. I'm planning to make a trip but I can't make into the dealership. Could I replace this once I return from my trip. TOTAL km for trip is 600km.

Yes , the 02 sensors are relatively easy to replace on most any car...go for it my friend...
