I only have access to two mode settings on my heater and air condition. It's just defrost and vent. I'm missing the floor mode, floor and defrost, and etc. It's like they vanished. The Auto **** that controls the fan automatically does not work either. Any suggestiong?

 

Look underneath for a blend door to see if your cable down there is jammed..
