Default 2000 RL P0175 P0172 Codes System too rich, Fuel trims high

Hi Forum

I have gotten the P0175- Bank 1 P0172 -Bank 2 codes on a 2000 RL form a bluedriver scanner. They are system too rich Bank 1 and Bank 2. It has also returned the error code P0173 Fuel Trim Bank 2 and P0170 Fuel Trim bank 1. The car sometimes misfires

I have changed all 6 injectors by replacing them with reman ones , and the air intake temp sensor , all three O2 sensors, and the eng coolant temp sensor, and the problem still persists

If the light is turned off it will come back on within a few driving cycles. I had changed the coolant temp sensor in response to a hot start flood condition. Replacing the sensor corrected the hot start problem

I have pulled from the scanner , the STFT short term fuel trim numbers Bnk 1 and Bnk 2 ant they are -30% at idle , at 2500 rpm on a warm (closed loop) the values are normal meaning that the excess gas is being used

The Long term fuel trim numbers are -21 for both banks / a negative fuel trim no means the engine is running rich. Positive = lean

I have also blown out the return line to the tank from the fuel rail it was clear. This problem has recently begun after the hot start problem was corrected by the injector swap and the temp sensor change

Has anyone seen this rich condition before and corrected it. Can anyone shed some light as to what may be causing this rich issue as it will affect the catalytic converter in the long term in addition to wasting premium gas

Thanks in advance
