I was driving down the road when both screens went black. My infotainment system and gps screen keep turning off and on. Radio works when it’s on. Touchscreen works sometimes. It’s not dead, just very intermittent. Sometimes the screens will be black with radio working and other times both screen turn green or have lines running across. I’ve checked fuses and unhooked battery for a day with no change.
any other suggestions before replacing my entire infotainment system? Thanks!

 

Locate the fuse and remove it for a few minutes, then reinstall. That should provide a reset. 2017 Acura RDX fuse location might be of help in locating the fuse. Some people have also suggested a reset by disconnecting the battery negative terminal for about 30 minutes, then reconnecting. If you do this you likely will be prompted about further steps for a reset like holding the power button for 5 seconds.
