2016 RDX timing belt snapped-is the car toast?
Any advice would be truly appreciated.
2016 RDX mileage 122,000
Car broke down last Friday had it towed to a AAA shop just got the call that the timing belt snapped
quoted $6000. I just had the belt replaced 8months/10000 miles ago. Bought the AiSIN kit from highly recommend seller on eBay (tried to save $)and had a legit garage install -they only warranty labor
Does this sound about right $ wise for fixing?

I’m really kinda screwed no car=no work=no $
