What happened to CarPlay?
My 2019 RDX and iPhone 15 Pro have been working fine until the end of April 2025. All of a sudden, when I ask "Hey Siri, take me to XXX." I get "Something's wrong. Try again later." I've rebooted the phone, turned the car off and back on, every troubleshooting method I can find. I even reset all Acura infotainment settings back to factory defaults and restarted CarPlay. The iPhone, CarPly and Apple Maps work great in my Chevrolet (wireless) but not so in the Acura. The cable is MFi certified and plugged into the specific USB port in the console. To me, the issue seems to be the Acura and not the iPhone or CarPlay built into the iPhone. Any ideas? Thanks.
This was seen over in an Accord forum, and specifically for 2024 Accord. The author seems to indicate the problem started after a recent iPhone update.
"I deleted all Bluetooth connections to the Honda car removed the iPhone from CarPlay in settings for the vehicle then I did a factory data reset. Siri now responds to a voice command."
