2013 TL timing belt job question
I am mechanically inclined and have done things like axles and clutches, intake manifolds etc but never a timing belt.
is this something a person can do at home in their garage or should I save up and prepare to take it in? I just bought the car with 130K on it and its not known if the belt/water pump has been done. I would think it has with the miles it has or else its about to break if not. going to try to see if I can tell if its been done this weekend.

I suggest you review the video at
. It can be a long and tedious job. These days the dealers are likely getting about $1000 to $1200 for the job, with parts. If you can find an independent shop that works on Hondas and/or Acuras, you probably could get that number down to $900 to $1100. In my case, a 2013 Accord V-6 I also found a flat rate dealer coupon that got me about 20% off.
