im new here so excuse my idiocy if i posted in the wrong area but figured off topic would be ok. my mother purchased an 91 integra with no title i did a vin check and its clean. but i was trying to find out the last owner instead of getting a bonded title so i can pay him just to get a new title for her. basicly its cold as hell and she could use transpo and this is a car she really likes. so while im in town for the holidays i was trying to help her out. can anyone give me any ideas on how to find previous owner quickly so i can get this done for her! thanks in advance for your time and assumed speedy response.
