I have a Dell Inspiron I think 518 model desktop computer and I have been having some problems. I keep getting tons of pop ups my computer is running like crap. I know something is wrong with it. My friend suggested get anti-malware to solve the issue. I d/l the one he suggested malwarebytes.org and I can install the software and it starts up. I select full computer scan and it starts and then the program shuts down and I get an error when I try to start it again.

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item."

So the malware wont even scan my computer. Any have some suggestions?

 

Download avg dot com and see if it will get you a fix...it's Free to use...
