how much would it cost to have a 1990 legend engine completely rebuilt? and/or just buy a new engine?

 

Call up your local AutoZone or your local Advance and ask them the prices, they both sell complete engines ...

i just got a used engine for my 88 legend 400 bucks. then spent
300ish on a gasket kit and resealed the whole thing. while i was
there i checked things out and it looked very clean with little wear on
the cylinders and bearings.

 

If all else fails call my buddy Julioup from LKQ @ 800-424-2002 ext 2020. Ask him what engines he has available and the mileage. They normally carry alot of Acura OEM parts. This is a recycling center but if you can find one with low miles you will save a ton.
