Just bought a 2014 RLX with 196k miles. I'm hearing a whining noise from engine and it increases with engine speed. I don't think it's the power steering pump because I can turn steering and it doesn't effect noise. I'm thinking it's a idler or tensioner pulley bearing but could also be alternator. Any advise would be appreciated.
