replaced rad. on 95 having issues

just replaced the radiator on a 95 sedan. went smooth for doing it top-side, everything is back in and bled far as i can tell, fans are not coming on. replaced the temp plug at bottom(should tell the fans to come on). but still no fans at all. also has funky idle...maybe not bled all the way? please help!!!!!

Have you tried some of the obvious, fuses, etc, If memory serves me correct there is a fuse box under the dash and also one under the hood. this tripped me up once before.

yes, i checked all applicable fuses as far asi know, also checked relays. i think i'm just going to put the fans on a toggle switch and hope they can remember to turn it on. man i am so suprised the head wasn't toasted!
