Ok heres the deal i have an automatic 96 integra special ed. Just got a used tranny about 5 months ago it ran great until about a month ago where it tends to slip n grind the gears when changin about every 25 miles. Also when going into 3rd gear it decides to take forever n when it does change it seems like it was an effort i was told the speed sensor then sum1 suggested the vacuum line may be clogged...I DONT KNOW!!! but if any1 has any info or knows about or had da prob holla at me good looks

Well, if you need a new tranny, I'm selling my complete setup cheap. Just swapped auto to manual, now have a kid on the way and need this gone!

Not the VSS OR the vac though. May be as simple as the fluid being too full/low, may be the torque converter.

when you had the transmission installed do you know if the junk was washed out of the old lines and cooler?

it sounds to me like the #2 transmission is on its way out.

honda/acura automatic transmissions do not have filters in them...a 20 buck inline filter from napa or whoever is well worth the effort.

also make sure to ALWAYS have those cooler lines flushed when changing a trans.

very sorry to hear your #2 TRANS IS DOING THIS
