Question Interlock issue

Sometimes I get in my Teg and it won't start. If I fiddle with the shifter and clutch a bit and put it back in neutral, push the clutch again....it will start. I've considered bypassing the interlock, but thought it'd be a good idea to see if anyone has dealt with this particular issue.

I have one other electrical issue and I wonder if somehow the two are connected. The radiator fans seem to come on (or not) without rhyme or reason. The engine does stay the same temp regardless of the fans.

I've done a little to this car so far, but I've begun to wonder if E-15 will destroy the engine. So I haven't painted it as planned. I drive it mostly across Texas twice a year. That's what I bought it for. It gets 29 mpg at 83 mph. It's got about 150k miles on it. I paid $500 for it and have spent about $1500 extra, including windshield and new high flow exhaust system and cold air induction, new bosch coil, igniters wires and plugs....and the wheels, n' wing.

Sounds like the clutch cylinder is bad...

It does fade a little if you hold it down at a stop light. I put it in neutral.

There's a switch or relay down there? I didn't see it on the electrical schematic.I've got the Acura Shop manual.

...or do you mean the clutch pedal switch?

This seems like a complicated problem...If you would like an expert to help solve your issue, you could go to "Made in Japan/USA/Europe," a car repair business in Campbell, California. Here is their website where you can schedule online appointments: http://www.mijusa.com/
