<DIV>Hi all,

Recently noticed steamed exhaust during short period after startup. This is not happening all the time. Burning maybe a pint over the last 300 mi. No coolant in oil. The cooling fan has never worked right, will not come on when engine is hot, so if AC isn't on, it will overheat if conditions are just right. Tried new relays etc. still does'nt work. It has been HOT a dozen times or so, but that tough little motor just kept going. (Until Now!) I assume a warped head. Does anyone have any advice on my repairing options? Can head be replaned? or New? I've put a new timing belt and radiator in so feel I will do the work myself.

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Mark</DIV>

have you tried the thermostat sometimes all you have to do is just replace that insteasd of everything else. as far as your head i would just get a new one.

if you have coolant in your exhaust, you have serious engine problems...very serious, actually. is it in the engine oil as well? almost all cars will have some condensation in the exhaust.
