Any one run aftermarket cams?

i have a 2001 integra gsr with a jackson supercharger system.

5 speed with a cold air pickup, and a exedy stage 1 clutch kit.

Im looking for a little more kick. with out hurting its tame streetability.

any sudjestions?

and experiences with some?





time to go look through the bump stick papers

with cams you mines as well as install different springs. have you put a cat back exhaust or a header? this will give you more flow out thus making more power

it has a custome 3 inch exhaust and tri Y header (no muffler) catt only system.

If i can find a good cam setup i will go with that cams manufacture recommends for springs.



Im just looking for that sweet bit of info.

ic as you know, it all depends on how wild you want to get, the larger the lobe on the cam the grater the lift, meaning more air and fuel go in. you also might wantto switch out the timing gears for lighter ones wich gevies u more ponies
