New to the forum. I have a 1998 Acura 1.6EL. It started making sound consistent with a shot wheel bearing in the rear passenger side. When I went to have it replaced, the mechanic said they could not replace the bearing but that the entire hub unit had to be changed.... was I taken for a ride?


... also, once the job was done and I picked up the vehicle, I noticedthe ABS dashboard light was on -I know it was not on beforehand-they said the ABS sensor needed a few killometers to recalibrate but the light is still on after my long drive home... any suggestions?
