My car failed emission inspection. The standard is 1088 and I scored a 1154. I'm not sure what causes high NOx. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Finally, the check engine light came on. Jumpered the service connector and got a code 43. Honda mechanic said 95% of the time code 43 is an oxygen sensor. Changed ox sensor and PASSED NJ emisions.
