Cooler temp after intake install?

What's up guys...I noticed my RSX's temp gauge is registering a bit
lower than usual after I installed the aftermarket intake. Would I have
to disconnect the battery to reset the ECU, or should the ECU
automatically adjust the air/fuel mixture?
