Default A/C and Heat problems

1997 TL 3.2
205k miles

I turned on my AC one night and I could smell a slight burning/electric smell. When I popped the hood I could see a little faint smoke bellowing from in between the radiator and motor on the right side, it looked like it was coming from where the AC pump is but it was hard to tell.

All belts are working, tension pulley is spinning, compressor pulley is spinning, I can hear what I believe is the AC clutch activating when I turn the AC on, in other words it sounds normal. I can hear the change in the engine noise as I did before when it was working fine. The console fan works fine from low to high but only blows room temp air.

As for now, there is no cold air and also no hot air either. I haven't checked the thermostat yet. The burn/electric smell happens every time I turn the AC on. I haven't done anything yet. Any ideas?

Do you think it's related or coincidental that the heat is out too?
Thanks for any help
