My 89 integra LS, 1.6L, 5spd transmission case cracked. I was told from a dealership that only 88 & 89 transmissions are similar enough to switch. When it was working it would run at 3k rpms at 60mph. Any suggestions for a better tranny? Otherwise we'll probably just go with one from a pick- n-pull, same price as a case in my area.

 

I think the pick and pull will be your best and lowest price to go with ..
