so i have a 2000 1.6el and as the subject says, i'd like to throw a jdm engine in it. as most know, el is pretty much a civic so im curious if anyone would know if it's possible to put a jdm honda engine in, and if it uses the same mounts, etc. and if so, if anyone knows which would be the best to put in.

so far i have not run into any JDM install issues If you reuse your
harness, sensors, manifolds, pan, and oil pick up tube. but it
has to be a matching year engine.
