Front Door Lining Removal

Hi, does anyone know how to remove the front door lining? im trying to change the mirror but cord will not pull out from the lining, any tips, i attached a picture of the door lining..thanks for any help.[img]uploads/riuster/D95ZF_Front_Door_Lining.gif[/img]
