I just recently bought a 2009 TSX US base model. One thing I noticed about the steering wheel button backlighting is that it's much dimmer than the console button backlighting and also more green-ish looking.


Are the other 2009 tsx owners out there seeing this too? I was wondering if this is normal (part of some no-glare feature) or is my lighting actually broken?

Hi all,


I checked out another TSX when I went to pick my plates from the dealer. Looks like the dimmer lighting was built on purpose (or both TSXs had the same problem).

yes, mine is slightly dimmer than al the others. this is done on purpose for your focus to be "beyond the wheel".


however, i didnt notice a "green-ish" glow to them. they're just dimmer.Edited by: kesic99
