Recently I took our 2005 TSX to a “franchised mechanic shop”, everything was fine but since they are required to recommend something they recommended “REC BELT REPLACE” and “RECOMMEND FUEL SYSTEM SERVICE”.

We bought the car brand new and has close to 200K KMs on it. From my research Acuras don’t have timing belt and timing chains don’t need replacing.

And what is fuel system service – is this common? Are these two recommendation concerning or even true?

I am not a mechanic and don’t know much about engines so thought to rely on you guys.
