08 TSX abs issue.

Hello,
I am experience something odd with my 08 TSX. I only have 2500 miles on it.
Whenever i go over uneven pavement, For example, the pavement suddenly drops down an inch and I am braking at the same time. I feel a really strong repeated jerk at the brake paddle. I asked the technician at Acura and they say it is the abs.
Am I supposed to feel the abs working? Any Tsx owner have the same experience?
