’07 TSX Climate Control

Car new, The head and foot temps do not coordinate. Red hot Foot air Cool top air with setting at 72 ambient temp 65 F. Appears sensors not doing their job, It is 110 mile round trip to dealer so I would prefer some suggestions before heading that way. Previous cars BMW's did not experience this trouble. Many others of course. Thanks.
