Am a new TL type-S owner, and loving it so far.


Living in Central Mass. where winter can sometimes be tough, and am looking into snow tire & wheel options. Tire Rack offers the Michelin and Dunlop, but is recommending the Dunlop as better performing (for the type S) and longer lasting. Discount Tire Direct is only offering the Hankook, and claims that it is the highest rated winter tire for heavier performance cars like the TL.


Any experience or recommendation with any of these? Does anyone know of any independant tests on just winter tires?
Do most people get pressure-sensors with their new winter tire/wheels, and do the aftermarker sensors from TireRack and Discount Tire work with Acuras?
