What's a good price for an '08 TL?

The dealership here has a 2008 TL in their new inventory, and before I go in to talk seriously, I was wondering what would be a good price. Any advice would be appreciated.

Paid 31500 for 08 TL with Nav in may of 08 last year new from dealer. Auto trans

I think 31500 is too much to pay. Is bargaining is any option.
