Tires speed rating - T vs V

Anyone have any experience or informed opinion on running T rated tires on a 3.2 TL instead of the recommended Vs?

The T tire is for family sedans and vans...goes to 118mph

The S tire the same, sedans and vans...but is limited to 112mph..
Go with the T's because the price is not much more...
