I just bought an 04 TL and when you turn the audio on for the nav, you get a crackling sound and cannot make out what it is saying. The sound some what resembles a tv that is not getting a signal and has the black and white "snow" on the screen. any thoughts? that radio/navigation display has been replaced and the issue still occures
