I live in Ohio but recently traveled to Florida on vacation. I was have trouble getting routes calculated and searching for places. The dealer in Ft. Myers (Scanlon) replaced the nav unit but it did not fix the problem. According the Acura customer service, there is some kind of problem with the satellites that serve the state of Florida. This has been a problem for over three months and they don't know when it will get fixed. I find this lack of quality to be inexcusable.

 

I guess that you'd have to believe him seeing as they are in Fla..Go see your local guys and see what kind of excuse they can come up with..
