Looking at a 2005 TL

I found a used 2005 TL 3.2L 5-spd automatic with factory navigation. It has 36500 miles for $25000. Does this sound good?
Of course, I would have to order a full inspection from a different mechanic and a carfax report, but if that passes, what do you think? Should I consider this a good offer?
