If it's during breaking and also speed related, it's most likely warped rotors. You can try bedding in your pads, to see if it's simply un-even pad built up. If it's still there (most likely) I'd replace your rotors.

If you are looking for quality brake rotors with lifetime warranty, I've always had these brake rotors on most my cars.

new pads and rotors did the trick, also new ball joint is needed. had to change end links and bushings too.

I also face that kind of problem in my Honda Civic 2009. When I was going to my friends birthday party to other city it was making noise from front wheels and my car going to left side on the highway when I touch the speed about 110. The weather was also very rainy and the winds are blowing with great power but the reason of shifting my car to left side is not the weather their was a problem in wheels shaft.
