What is the difference between stock 4300k HIDS and 8500k HIDS? i know the color change is significant which i like a lot but i didnt want the light to give off less light like people say it does....is it a big difference in how much light is given off(visability) between 4300k and 8500k HIDS? And are 8500k HIDS illegal in the state of maryland and will cops pull u over?
