Does the trim define the look of the car?

Hey, i jus wanted to know,or basicly what does the trim mean, when your lookin on the info for a TL? Like it says Trim Level, and then theres: TOUR,DYNAM,MDX NAV,MDX, RL, TSX,TYPE S,PREM,SE, and V6, What does all that mean?
